The municipal departments of the City of Parksville carry out the policies and decisions of Council, provide advice and recommendations to Council on topics related to their areas of responsibility and effectively manage the budgets authorized by Council for the various functions and programs of the organization. All departments report to Council through the Chief Administrative Officer.
