The City of Parksville accepts payments with select credit cards through the OptionPay system (with applicable third-party fees). You can pay the following bills with OptionPay:

• Property taxes
• Utility bills

You can pay the following online using Visa and MasterCard credit cards:

• Business licence
• Parking ticket
• Bylaw offence ticket
• Comfort letter

Please note some services may still need to be paid in person at Parksville City Hall.
