The City invites proposals from qualified security firms to provide on-demand security guard and mobile patrol services at various City facilities and parks. The City intends to select the proponent(s) and may choose to split portions of the work between multiple contractors, based on the best overall value, considering experience, service and price. The term of this agreement is three years with two, one-year options to renew, starting February 17, 2026.

Addendum #1

The City is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors to complete the scope of work for the Parksville Pathway Project - Phase 1. The scope generally includes the construction of upgrades to the existing informal pedestrian pathway located along a 1.1-kilometre alignment between Shelly Road and Nerbus Lane in Parksville.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on December 3, 2025, at 10 am (meet at the north end of Shelly Road). Please confirm attendance by 1 pm on December 2, via email to engineering@parksville.ca. Closing date for this invitation to tender is Wednesday, December 17 at 11 am.
