CARETAKER/CUSTODIAN CASUAL
Under the general direction of a supervisor, the incumbent performs a variety of repetitive cleaning, minor maintenance and/or building service tasks following well established and easily learned procedures in or around public buildings.

ASSET MANAGEMENT AND CAPITAL ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the Manager of Finance, this position is responsible for the coordination of capital asset initiatives including leading the City’s asset management program, providing accounting support on significant capital projects, and ongoing capital asset accounting and financial planning. The incumbent works with departments to build asset management knowledge to support consistent and sustainable decision making related to the City’s capital assets. This position also manages accounting and financial reporting for the City’s grants.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISOR
The City has an opening for an Occupational Health & Safety Advisor. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & OHS, this position is responsible for leading the City’s Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness programs. The OHS Advisor will work collaboratively with all departments including the City’s fire department to provide guidance, training and practical solutions that ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and best practices.
