Low Flush Toilet Rebate Program

The City to offers a low flush toilet rebate; a maximum of one rebate per residence or business for the replacement of toilets using 13 litres or more with a new CSA approved low flush model. The rebate is $75 for the installation of a low flow model of 6 litres or less. The offer is open to owners of existing residential and commercial buildings, located within the municipal boundaries of the City of Parksville, connected to both the City's water and sewer systems.

Rebates will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, accepting only valid applications. There is a lifetime maximum of one rebate per residence. This rebate program does not apply to new construction.
