The City of Parksville offers rebate programs for eligible applicants living within City of Parksville boundaries. Our rebate programs are subject to available funding and the submission of a complete application which meets the rebate program criteria. Eligibility criteria vary for each rebate program. The City’s rebate programs may change or be terminated without notice. We currently offer rebates for:

Rain barrels
Security cameras - Closed for 2025
Low flush toilets - Closed for 2025
Planting of a tree

Regional District of Nanaimo Rebates
The RDN offers various rebates and incentives provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the RDN website for the list of current rebates.
