REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - BOARDWALK REPLACEMENT
The City is replacing the upper portion of the boardwalk along the beach in Parksville Bay through a single-phase project, with the possibility of awarding future annual phases depending on contractor performance, available budget, and City approval. The first phase is intended to commence in 2026 and will include removal and disposal of old materials and replacement of decking, bull rails (curbs), and recessed pathway lighting fixtures, to a maximum budget of $75,000 per annual phase.
