Bid Opportunities

Access postings on BC Bid.

Once on the home page, click on “Browse for Bid Opportunities or Bid Results”. Then click on “Browse opportunities by organization” and scroll down, alphabetically to City of Parksville. There you will see opportunities posted by the City of Parksville. Select the opportunity you are interested in and the document and all attached forms will be available to you for downloading or printing.

The City is looking for qualified and experienced firms to submit a proposal for providing wireless devices and services for cellular and smartphone devices. Closing date is November 14 at 2 pm and the last date for inquiries is November 5.

Tender documents are available in electronic (PDF) format at no charge from Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd. To access the digital documents, tenderers must register at www.koers-eng.com by clicking the contractor sign-up link at the bottom of the homepage and following the registration prompts. Upon completion, login credentials will be emailed to the registered tenderer.

Printed copies are available upon request for a non-refundable fee of $105 (including GST) per set. Please allow 48 working hours for preparation of paper copies. Tenderers must register with Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd. to receive any addenda. Closing date is Thursday, October 30 at 2 pm.
