Access postings on BC Bid.

Once on the home page, click on “Browse for Bid Opportunities or Bid Results”. Then click on “Browse opportunities by organization” and scroll down, alphabetically to City of Parksville. There you will see opportunities posted by the City of Parksville. Select the opportunity you are interested in and the document and all attached forms will be available to you for downloading or printing.

The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced CCTV inspection contractors to provide closed-circuit television inspection and reporting to meet our 2026 budget limits of $35,000 for each of the City’s sanitary and storm sewer mains, including associated manholes. Inquiries are to be submitted by Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 3 pm, local time.

An request for tenders has been issued for pedestrian improvements to Alberni Highway. Signed tenders are to be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for City of Parksville, 5330-20-ALB26. Alberni Highway Pedestrian Improvements” and will be received at the office of Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd. at 194 Memorial Avenue, Parksville, up to 2 pm on Thursday, April 9.
