The average Property Assessment for a Single Family Dwelling in Parksville has increased by 10.7% for 2008 to $316,000 and the average Property Assessment for a Strata Property Dwelling has increased by 14.5% to $293,700. Business Property Assessments have increased by an average of 8.7%.
